I am very new to snowmobiling. Yesterday, I purchased 2 2000 SRX 700's and want to order a paper service manual off Ebay. I see three different models and manuals to choose from,
a. SRX 700 S
b. SRX 700 G
c. SRX 700 D
Any idea what the letter suffix means? or which model is likely the one I need? I searched, but only found references to cd's. Thanks...

I beleive the S was the Ohlins (upgraded) shock package. Info in all 3 would be 99.9% all the same I would tend to beleive unless one may have ben the Mtn version (98 model year only...I think?)

I've got the pdf from this site for the 2000 and the suffix on it is D but unless I'm mistaken Yamaha used to put S in front of the models that had Ohlins,so SD,but not 100% on that.Either way the only differences in the 2 manuals would be in the front suspension specs specifically the shocks.
