M MM70001 New member Joined Jul 5, 2012 Messages 40 Location Fort St John BC Feb 2, 2013 #1 Yamaha service manual calls for 24 ftlbs of tourqe on the M8 bolts that fasten the motor mount brackets to the block?I stretched a bolt.Do you guys think this tourqe spec is excessive?Would around 18 ft lbs be fine?Opinions?
