Put 5 washers in the heel middle empty and about 3.6 grams in front hole.
Engaging at 4600rpm. I did not ride it to see how it performs but dont like engagement so high.
Red spring in primary brand new.
Any recomendations.

keep adding weight to the heel, 5-6 flat washers, PLUS the lock washer on the long bolt, keep goign you wont hurt it, it just grabs the belt better and better...

another thing if this is a single pipe viper, youll want weight in both holes as I said, 3.4 in the middle and 4.3 tip, then load up the heel with as much as it will pull.

if you read the tips on heel clickers, youll see the single pipe viper is one of the few sleds i use the middle hole on the weights, but they will pull it and work very, very well with this set up.

heel- 5-6 grams
middle hole 3.4 grams, short bolt 1 washer
tip of weight long bolt with 1 washer 4.3

depends on helix sometimes i just reverse those 2: middle and tip but use the same weight... so 3.3 tip and 4.3 middle hole.

add: yamyrider....with helix you got from me use the 4.3 middle and 3.4 tip set up, red sec spring at 90.

Thanks
I will get some more nuts and bolts from hardware store.
I can lowe tip weight as I have two washers on the bolt I used which will be close to 3.4
I will need more washers to make 4.3 middle.
I only have a green sec spring which hopfefully will work around 70

Here is what I have now
5.2 in the heel
4.1 in the tip (no washers)
3.3 in middle hole
red primary
green sec wrap at 70
Engaging at 4300
tomorow will be test ride...too many beers working

Need to get more bolt and washers since I dont have the heell clicker harware kit.

4,1 in tip, no washer? You should make sure that the end of that bolt does not interfere with the spider pockets. Also, from reading this set up, I am surprised that there is weight on every location, I thought I read an article by mrviper700 that you don't put bolts on all locations, or else it will become doggy? What am I missing here?
Also, I thought that the short bolt was 3,3 gram and the long one 4,3 gram?

I am not using he Heel Clicker hardware. I have assorted nuts and bolt and washers from the hardware store wo make the proper weight I need.
The set up with weight in the middle is for stock single pipe vipers as per Mr Viper if you look at his post.
I am new to heel clickers and trying to wrap my head around adding so much weight. Lots of tuning and testing.
