i have that program as well, and found out with a lot of failed attempts that you need another program to shrink down the size of the images because for some reason that is unknown to me, the Kodak people decided that a feature allowing the user to alter the size of their photos was not necessary in their programming. Doesn't make much sense to me. Just use another program to get them to the size you want, then post them. My dell came with some picture studio thing, so i just shrink them in there. Hope that helps

how do i get them to shrink and then how do i get them from the kodak thing to the site.
