Hey guy's new to the forum but looks great.
Ive got a 94 v-max le 500 with some clutch issues.
I put a rebuild kit in it last year but my rollers only lasted about 500 kms
being the end of the season i parked it, this year i replaced the worn rollers and after only a few rides the rollers are worn again. When i put the rebuild kit in last year i didn't replace the brass bushings 'cause i couldn't get the primary off the machine. If the bushings are worn out and the side of the clutch that moves is very sloppy could this of caused the rollers to fail.

Anyone?
those clutches are noted for bad bushings ..Yes definatly replace ! also on the secondary replace the ring bushing. You dont have to remove the primary to replace . Just pull the cover off 6 bolts and it will slide right off.pop out the bushing and replace.

I had to do a complete rebuild on the primary and secondary clutches when my sled reached 7500 km's. I think I got luck on my side to get that many miles out of those clutches.
Just curious as to where in Saskatchewan you are exactly ostacruiser?
