Here it is.. Awesome sled season for me,lots of snow and so now I am thinking about doing some major work on my sled in the off season. She is a 02 Viper er. I would like to change out the 121 skid and put a 136 in. Also would like to get a little better performance from her. I am happy with how she is set up now but in the deep powder I need to run better with those long track guys and have some fun. She is bone stock and do not want to pipe her and not looking for huge power gains just a little more to handle the longer track and fun in the deeper snow.. Looking for suggestion and opinions on what everyone thinks.. Oh, I am going to tear down the motor as well and do rings, pistons, and have crank checked,ect.. Wanna make sure she is 100% healthy next season... Love that Viper... :winterrul

good clutching will go a long ways, good suspension setup. lots of clutch setups here if u do a search. find betheviper's suspension setup instructions, they will get u handling and riding pretty good
