In radar runs, you want the minimal drag as possible.. I have heard that 44 ice studs is the better route instead of loading your track with tons of studs... Also i have heard that the carbides should be the smallest you can get, all you want is to be able to control your sled not to be set up for oval racing. I was in Eagle River last weekend and hooked up into a ice road and passed my buddy going 122 mph in less than a thousand feet!

We are seeingStock 700 SRX's at around 108 to 113 here in 1320ft on trail studs and track. This must be on a very poor dream-o-meter! And conservative distance measurement. Its not a realistic #.

My speedo is 10-12 mph off. 1000 ft comes up in a real hurry, not very far to obtain a top speed...
