when I left Friday to go north, I got a text msg from my buddy saying he was at my house ready to ride. told him sorry...goin north. so he borrowed some gas and oil, no problem. thing is, he put my 4 stroke bike oil in his sled. really??? I had some shell 2 stroke oil sittin on shelf...not sure why he didn't use it. my question is, what can this do to his engine???? sometimes I wonder about the people I hang around with.

A bud of mine sold a sled to another friend who ended up doing the same thing. He burned it up in 20 miles.
Of course this is third hand and it could have been something else that burned it up, dunno.
Ironically, it was a 600 triple XCR.

the four stroke oil has alot more additives for the clutch and gear box. It doesnt like to mix with gas and it doesnt burn up as well. it may lubricate but I think it will gum up eventually
