After riding for 20 to 30 minutes it starts to bog and almost die out. it only happens when rpm is mid to high range but if i let off it idles fine. Ive replaced the coil and plugs, cleaned the carb, and still the same thing. I just dont know whats wrong with this thing. Any ideas out there?

is the heat sheild intact for the carb?
could also be a wire that is broken that touches fine when idling but moves just enough under torque for it to get a bad connection.

Heat shield is there and i also ran a new ground for the coil and the battery. Im not sure what else to do. The motor has good compression and i replaced all the fuel and oil lines. It runs beautifully untill it gets warm, i can go down a trail for about 20 minutes and it bogs down but it will sit and idle but if i give it gas it wont move unless i shut it off and start it back up again. I was thinking cdi box but i was told those either work or they dont.

i t seems like its starving for fuel , i ajusted float ,no differance , i also fed fuel into carb directly when it was boging ,no differance , one thing the carb switch was bypassed could that effect any thing i figure if the timing is not advancing it would not wait until it is warm it would do it right away . do you think it is electral because it has to warm up befor it happens do cdi s act like that

not usually. i have seen coils change their ohm values when they warm up. have you tried testing the coils when they are warm?

Are there new wires and caps between the coils & plugs?

Yes, its the type that when you replace the wires you have to replace the coil they don't unhook from the coil.

might be your stator then. need to test it hot and see if it still is in spec.
