Need help with a 94 ovation 340

[Clutchburner]

It runs fine and goes but once its warmed up and it doesnt want to do anything but bog out. Ive replaced the coil, plugs, tried new grounds, and even put in new rings. Ive cleaned the carb and everything looks fine but it keeps bogging out. Im so dumbfounded right now. Any help would be great.

Throw that odd & funky "Teikei" carburettor in the trash can and put in an ordinary Mikuni VM-32/34 instead.

The engine will run like a champ
