HAS ANYONE EVER REPLACED THE BUMPER BRACE ON A 2002 VIPER AND IF SO WHATS THE SECRET TO GETTING THE BOLTS OUT OF THE BOTTOM.

Remove exhaust, i didnt have to remove the y pipe. Then remove the mag side motor mount. You really have to snake your hand/arm in there but it wasnt too bad. Ive done 3 different ones this way with no problems. Spray the bolts down from inside the tunnel and you can even see them from outside the tunnel to hit with some wd-40 or whatever you use. The bolts came out very easy. Now if your just talking about one of the braces from the bumper support to the bulk head those are 10 times harder LOL! I ended up cutting down one of those closed ended box wrench with the wratchet end on it. It snugged right in there and with the short handle the backed right off.
