LED Headlight bulbs

I have a set in my Viper. It really comes down to the headlight design, its gotta be a projector style like the Viper. Shiny inside, clear lens. But they look awesome, especially when you start up the sled, they look like HID's turning on. However, I usually have to ride with the brights on to get good light, which is no biggie. After I put them in, they didn't light up the ground in front of the sled as much as I would've liked, but then I noticed that they also lit up my neighbors house across the street about 150ft away. Its not like a projected beam, they more or less light up a general area.

They look white in the pic, but have a bluish tint to them at night.

Not to change the topic at hand but your wrap turned out awesome! The led's are not as brigth. Im running them in my xtc and daughters tail lights and they are not very bright during day and ok at night. But im sure it depends on what your getting. I would go with HID's for head lights. ;)!

Sorry, I reviewed my notes. HID is what I was looking for feedback. From what I hear sledstart has a new battery less HID bulb coming out soon. It has been in testing for 3 years...
(HID H4)
Maybe that will be a option for my margonal headlight system on my 98 SRX

Thanks Chris!

I'm also running LED's in my tail lights & the tail light on the wifes sled. You need to get the ones they sell for cars. They sell them at Auto Zone & Advance. Maybe O'reillys now...they are made by Jam Straight. Or online @ CARDID.com. Those ones are made by Lumen. Those are who makes my headlights. Mine are bright during the day& super bright at night. I'll post pics next time I start it up.
