I plan on buying a cobra blue/chrome windshield shortly. Question is the black "air induction" thing --What is this called? I need a blue one of those and a blue headlight bezel in order to go all blue, correct?

Yes, you need a pair of blue "air induction" fairings, as well as a blue headlight bezel to complete the all blue look.
There have been some of these advertised here in the classifieds section recently.

You could get some yamaha blue spray bomb, and bullydog adhesion promoter. save u some coins.
