yamaha vmax 700 spuddering

Runs perfect when idling, spudders when accelerating.....runs perfect from 3/4 throttle - WOT.
I cleaned the carbs and replaced spark plug caps.
oh ya, and the mag-side plug is usualy wet, while the other 2 are nice golden brown.

Any suggestions?
