Hello,
I'm looking at putting a pair of skis on my '97 XTC, I'd read somewhere that I may need different mounting hardware (spindle ?) to install the skis from the Attack, is that accurate ?
I've looked/searched around and it seems like they'll fit, I just don't want to buy them only to find out that I need to spend another $100 on parts to make them fit.
Thanks for your help..

you need longer bolts, that is it. your rubbers will work by cutting the lips off the bottom.
also you will be sitting a couple of inches lower in the front end and somtimes the back of the ski s will hit the bottem of the trailing arms. if you go over sharp moguls an try to turn!
it is 1in difference, on that sled, it wont matter at all. make sure to shim your skis correctly once they are on and set up your rear skid to the new height of your front end.

Well, I bought a pair of skis that came off of a 2012 Yamaha RS Venture GT.. I'm hoping they'll fit/mount up on my sled. Can anyone confirm ?
I'm gonna go cross reference part #'s and see what I find.
Thanks again.
