Gonna meet up with Henrik "viperhauck" tomorrow at a racetrack
near by. What would be a good et. for a srx on that distance?
Hopfully we can do some matchraces and post some videos on here?

I'm running my -00 srx with lakerace (700) engine (done by mr.viper) 38's
and bender bb. pipes.

Henrik has a 980 unionbay topend in his viper with jaws pipes (i think?)
and 38's. So i gonna have my hands full here..lol..

This is just for fun (both machines right of the trail and mine is still longtraveld) and i'm exated to see his machine and i thought we would share this here. :flag:
 

If I rember I readed need to gear up from 21-40 from ice to snow.
 
Got 21/40 gears in there Joe. Ok aming for 6,3 then ;)! might be hard to do
longtraveld tho? Maybe can do it if Henrik will tow me lolll.
 
Good morning! Snowing here.. And maybe rain later :( Not ideal conditions
but its the same for everyone so.. Leaving for racetrack soon, will report back tonight.
 
Well, we must be real slow here in sweden..? My best et. was 7,66s. 142,36 km/h
Henrik had about the same et. but higher speed (150 km/h) with his viper.
He also had his stock (but clutched and geared) 98 srx there. I belive that sled run the
lowest et. of our machines (around 7,40 i think) but slower in speed like 134 km/h.

And here comes the excuses..lol. Track was a disaster! (heavy snow at race start)
very soft and bumpy track, starttrack came loose several times and so on..
couldent make our longtraveld sleds to lounch worth a sh..!

But we dont judge them to hard, this was there first sledrace and everyone is a
beginner. In the end we had a really fun day and we swaped sleds before we went home and that 980 viper is a blast! ;)!
And Henrik told he want a trail srx
with my enginespec. now ;)!

My kids took alot of videos so i'll try to get a link up soon!

Looking at the timecard now. My srx best time was 7.4065 with 136.4km/h. This was with 0.5887 reaction time hehe. Remember we are beginners. I dont have the card from my best run with my viper. But I remember it was 150. something in speed. We have a great day and most important it was only yamaha in the top there ;)
 
And yamalars srx spins very nice....if he had a better track (the track he have now sucks ;) ) it would be a killer I think

Ok good, but 6,48 must be a very good et. for a stocker? Very solid track i
assume? Did you also start on "startingstrips"?

Have more videos to share but they are stuck in my doughters
phone and she's not home.. But i will get them up here soon.
