Engine will start with ether, but not gas. New gas in tank. I poured gas in cylinder and nothing. Cleaned carbs. All stock jetting. Fuel pump is working. Fuel in bowls. One of the coils seem to have a weak spark. The other two are blue and look strong. They are all new plugs. It ran for one full day. Then I couldn't get it to start. One weird thing is all coolant drained from overflow bottle, but no leak has been found.

Did it overheat & possibly you have a hole in a piston? Do a compression test.
sounds like a blown head gasket, antifreeze is going out the exhaust.. probably getin in the cylinder...

Do a preliminary compression test, pull the plugs and hold your finger over each spark plug hole. If you can't hold your finger on the hole then compression should be OK. Like YAMMY said ,could be head gasket. Don't use ether in there as it dries the oil off the cyl walls and then you end up with no compression. If it has 2 good cyl it should fire off.

Compression test
Held finger over each cylinder and have great compression. Guy at work gave me a coil to replace the weak one, but it is from a skidoo. I was told all coils have same voltage. Was going to see if this helps.
