I had one on a XC700 that I owned and never really understood the principle behind them. Could someone offer a quick explanation of how they work and would an SRX benefit from one? Thanks!

basically balance the pressures between the reed cages and allow somewheres for air/fuel to go when the reeds are closed, never thought they did that much in terms of performance probably like 1 or 2 horse low range and nothing on the top end

Stay away from boost bottles. They will hurt your performance on your Srx. Dyno proven.
