Why does the M-10 scrub top speed? How about expert x will that skid hurt top speed in srx? Looking to long travel my sled and get loose weight of pro action. I also found a vector torsion skid 4 sale. How would that compare?

more travel=sharper geomtery angles resulting in more friction therefore slowing you down

I long travelled my SRX this season. It does feel good on my back but I see that I have lost speed.up to 10 mph easily.Sled just won't pull past 100-105 mph on speedo, years back I used to always hit 110 or a little more.So gonna put my SRX back to stock suspension and just ride it on ideal days.Got another sled to do ditch banging and such..

I have vector skid in my sx and really like it. No comparison to m-10 though. If you can get m-10 for good deal that would be better ride for sure. You know everyone yips about losing top end but whats a few mph. Unless your radaring or racing I just dont see what the big deal is. You fall off at 100 or 115 your gonna be a hurting puppy. lol. Personally I would rather have the nice ride.
