Glad to hear!!! Send some of it our way!!!
After a brief warm up here, and a couple days of light rain, the rain turned to snow and we got about 5". Shoveling was near impossible yesterday. Only did the sidewalks and shoulders were burning and I was soaked through. Skipped my driveway all together. 1" of slush under the snow. HEAVY!!!
Last night it all froze and now I have ice ruts in my driveway, but it's the best thing that could have happened to the trails here as after last week some dirt was showing. May give us a few more days this year, but trails HAVE to close on or before the 31st no matter what. Though I think insurance for many or all of the groomers expires on the 15th.
Same thing happened here earlier in the year. Overnight rain with snow on the ground then froze hard on the already packed, somewhat bare trails. I think that's what probably got us this far this year.

After this past weekend, the trails are now closed! Gotta wait until next year now!
screw the trails..get off trail riding going..thats all I do..hit the ditch's,the fields, the Rivers..etc. We also have more snow coming later this week.. :winterrul :2strokes:

well we are the Coldest in the Country today at -21C.So gonna have to take the SRX out for another spin today..it will love this cold air.Looks like we going right into the end of the month still cold, snow will still be around on Easter.BONUS for sure..

Colder here again with some new snow falling, but my sled still sits where I last shut it off.
Damn extreme sports like "lamping" put me down for the last week and a half.
Reached out to turn on a lamp and my back went out. lol

that would be sled related I would think..I know what you mean..you twist or bend for a simple task and Wham something goes array with the Back...

Ahh yeah, springs here and from what I've heard your rode enough.

Them drifts get to you when you get older, they pound back. Oh no pun intended. LOL

tell me about it.Yeah I have ridden enough already and my back is a little sore today.Drift busting does take its toll for sure.I am kinda ready for Spring, the melt and getting to work on m yard again.Last Fall I bought an aerator..did the entire property, Fertilized and dropped extra grass seed on everything.Hoping for a lush thick lawn this year. The last 2 years drought sure didn't help with that..Last Fall I even seeded in the Field behind me around my Pond, less field to work..so now will have about 4 acres of grass to cut and maintain..but I like doing it.. ;)!

give you credit you are still into riding..it all depends on your health and Back I guess. It is alright if you ride occasionally and have fun..but riding hard almost every second day will get to you like me..we can go as long as our body lets us ..some less some more..

Wow 4 acres of grass. Even a lawn tractor you have 5hrs or more of riding. LOL and when you finish its near time to start again. LOL

I got a tractor for my lawn at the cottage about .5 acre maybe it took 4hrs with a pus mower. Too much!! Lawn tractor is pretty straight forward and not physically draining. Upper body workout turning and all but ok. Also pickup a King Quad 2005 and started some flat trail riding (that all there is close by). I would have to trailer further north for a different venue.

yep around 5hrs or more. And I have a tow behind trailer with vaccum to pu the grass as well, but don't use it everytime.Usually detach lawn in spring and suck up debris and at the end of Fall as well.I enjoy the yard work and keeping everything good looking.

You could use a set of the profession rotating cutting blades setups they use in some cuting areas, parks etc that they pull around with a small tractor. (same type as the old push blade cutter) but on a bigger scale where they float and cut 15 to 20ft wide. Just use the snowmobile to pull it around. Then you're talking, you'll need wheels under the skis though.

Enjoy
