Chromoly trailing arms content

I have Northern Lite chromoly 4130 trailing arms that need some welding, does anyone no the chromium content of these and what rod to use??

Per Google/WIKIpedia. Rod will vary depending on bead your wanting to lay down on thickness of material being welded as well as what your welding with.
