I sold one of my old AC FA cylinders to a guy tonite who is fixing an old 86 sled for his wife.He comes from the Carman,Manitoba area,West of me.That is one of the areas that received the heaviest snow in the last two storms we had.He told me because of all the deep snow, guys are pushing their motors to hard and over heating them.He told me a lot of Cat and Doo guys are blowing their motors and ending up ordering pistons and rings. Man I was in some deep powder today and my 600 was struggling, but my temp light never came on and didn't overheat, clutch's were hot,but my belt didn't blow.We are not used to having so much snow at once and most sleds can't handle that and guys are forcing them to a point of engine failure..CRAZY MAN!!
Maybe I am lucky because I ride a Yami..damn snow is hard to ride in and I am actually scared to keep her pinned all the time, but so far so good.

you think it would eventually blow in that deep powder..I would think belt would go first because it would get hot.
