92 VentureXL questions, any help is appreciated.

How much does it weigh?

How much suspension travel?

How is the front end in the deep?

How hard to change the track?

How many miles will it go?

I'm an old doo rider, was set on a 96 sc10 till i found a venture for 1/2 the price but 3x the miles (9,000) on it. So any info on a 3k skidoo vs. a 9k venture would help. Comfort, reliability, etc.

I understand a Phazer 2 is pretty much the same thing so any Phazer info is welcome too. thanks

suspension travel will most likely be around 8" on the rear based off of my enticer. never measured the front.

weight i have no clue.

with the stock steel skis, it is not too bad. it can be improved with extra wide ski skins or putting on the vk540II skis from 2002 and up.

aparently the track is pretty easy to replace. there is a tread under et410 or enticer that a site member shows how to do it with pics.

9000 miles is not too much on that motor. those are really tough if you keep the heads tight. they usually go for 15-18000 miles with proper maintence if not more.

Thank you for the info, One more question, is the rear skid the same as a phazer, i.e. can i bolt plates on the end to fit a 136 track?

yes you should be able to. if going longer, you might want to drop the drivers 1 size or start doing some research into the graing as you most likely have to gear it down if you extend the track. they did make a 144 of that sled but i cannot remeber what year it was.
