Just looking for some pro's and con's of each of these from you guys with experience on either one. I do mostly fast paced, aggressive on trail riding, but am hoping to do more off trail and playing in the powder. Things like Handling, versatility, cost/value, powder/trail capabilities.
Hartman 136"
Pros:
-seems to be better quality/looks nicer
-136" doesnt affect handling much
- skid relocation to help with trenching
-Everything is included in kit
Cons:
-seems to be more expensive
- not sure how well a 136" would compare to a 144" off trail
Track Usa 144" Tipped rails
Pros:
-Tipped rails (love this idea, original plan was to pick up a nytro xtx)
- like the 144" and not having to worry as much about getting stuck
- cheaper (i think)
Cons:
- doesnt come as a kit
- dont think it looks as nice as hartman's
Anything else to add???
Any input on track Usa's 144" handling? i know chris says he loves it just looking for more opinions
What does everyone here think?
Thanks guys!

We've used hartman's tunnel extension on an 05 Viper Mtn when we went from 144" to 153". Definitely nice quality work and us it again.
If I was you I would go with 144". It will work better off trail and be just fine off trail. Since you are looking at tipped up rails, they will allow you the handling of the shorter 136" but the floatation of the 144".

Tracksusa.com They do kits track rail ext and tunnel ext.

Hartman makes a better tunnel extension but the tracks USA extensions are better. The tracks USA rails follow the back of the rails and connects down by the hyfax with an overlapping tab and a bolt. Much stronger and i believe they patented the design.
My plan is to get my extension and anti ratchets from Hartman and the rails from tracks USA. I picked up a 3 ride 151" challenger 2 off eBay for good money

Are the standard sled tunnels not tapered like the mountain sleds?

What do you mean tapered like the mountain ones? Is there anything significant about it being tapered?

Mountain performance makes a really nice billet aluminum drop bracket. They also make a really nice full rails and kits to relocate the skid to reduce trenching. I have one of there kits on my 144 viper and love it

I looked at their website but I didn't see any tipped rails, that's the deal breaker if going to a 144".. Did I miss them maybe? Do you know if drop brackets do much to affect trail handling? I haven't found any posts about that, or by people who also found a way to raise the front either
