Need advice quick!

I'm looking at a 01 srx tomorrow with 6700 km.
I just found out it has a cold air intake and v force reeds..
Is it still going to be just as reliable as stock with these mods?
I'm driving 5 hours to get it so I want to make sure

Need more info on the Vforce reeds (V2,V3?) Some better than others, IMO none hurt reliability. As long as carbs are jetted/set up for cold air kit wont hurt reliability at all.
