I was noticing many different SRX's with different rear suspensions even as long as this one below with a ton of travel
What are some of the common upgrades you guys are doing to your SRX's to get a more comfy ride but not kill speed too much.
Please list what you did, what parts were used like whether the skid is from another type of machine etc, level of dificulty and cost.
I am shopping for a new sled, heart set on another SRX but would like to get something more comfortable, maybe would like to buy something already done but I am not all that well versed on rear suspensions

M10 is excellent. Polaris cat doo. Basically most others than the no-action yamaha suplied us with.
Is the Viper rear skid and upgrade, if so is it a direct bolt in?

It is a direct bolt in. Yes an upgrade not much though I wouldn't waste the time or money. I have an 01 srx with an Sxr skid no noticeable difference. I would find sumthing else but that's my opinion

Sc10III from a doo is a good cheap upgrade, expert X like in your pic or an m10 are probably a little better for bigger bumps but are more expensive and scrub more speed off the top.
