my sled is only firing on one cylinder during startup and low rpm. Once you get to 5000 then #2 kicks in and your off. Any thoughts on the problem?
sounds like a pilot circuit is plugged.

He is referring to the pilot circuit and pilot jet in the carb's that deliver fuel at lower rpms. Clean your carbs well and see if it clears up.
yes sorry ...clean your carbs on your sled....

Well I am going to tell this to my uncle he wont be too happy
He bought a 1990 Phazer LE Brand new and it would run on 1 cyclender and then kick in around 5000 he could never figure it out somdays it would run on 2
So he sold it in 98 he had never had good luck with it

i still have a 1992 phazer deluxe with 26000+ km on it, its currently being used as a back up sled if heaven forbid one of our other sleds break (rare), its gone through 3 girlfriends and plenty of abuse and all ive replaced on it was a bad tss shock, keepin it till i die or it dies!!! bullitproof sled
