does anyone know what blue spray paint can match the Yamaha blue from a 1999 vmax 500 I need a bit more than a touch up. need to spry bomb it some of the tunnel ?

You can get the paint at colorrite.com. I've also gotten the yam blue from my local car quest. I was also just looking on Ebay and there is someone selling the blue in a spray can.

if you know someone in the auto body industry,take a color sample and they could mix it for you.My cousin is a spray painter and with the sample color book..it is endless and will be a good match.We have a auto body supply shop here that will mix your color and put it right into an aerosol can..

Most auto parts stores that sell car paint have paint scanners, if you bring in a sample of the color you want they will scan it to get you a perfect match.

I have used the following to completely paint trailing arms and the colour is very close to the Yamaha blue...but I don't know how well it would match on a part that is not going to be completely painted and has to match right up to existing Yamaha blue.

same color I use just not in duplicolor, I have it mixed into an aerosol can at Napa.

X3 and i also get it from napa. Pretty close if not dead on.
