Is there a big nor kit for a vmax? Or even oversized pistons that will allow me to make it like a 620 or bigger? Could anybody tell me what size the tie rod ends are

Historically big bores for the 600 twins made no more power then stock, from any company, proven by the fact they still only pulled stock clutching. Waste of $$$, better spent on getting a set of 97 triple port cylinders, get good extensive porting and combustion chamber recut by a reputable builder and your 600 will make more HP, realistic 140HP on pump gas.

I was just wondering because my cylinders are badly grooved and its way cheaper to bore them than exchange

hauck used to do a 700 kit for the 600 twins, may be worth a call.
as for your heim joints(tie rod ends), pretty much universal from most yamaha sleds. keep in mind they are handed per side thread wise. i have a few in storage.

Found it and emailed them about it. How good and reliable is it? What about clutching and jetting? I have a Polaris clutch on it and power reeds with twin psi
