No I'm not restoring a sled but I would certainly like to,I've always wanted to find a nice T Jet to do but barring that an SRX of the late 70"s vintage. They just look fast sitting still!!!! If you guys were to take on a resto project what would you choose?Even though this is a Yamaha forum pick what ever you'd like,I know Polaris had some classic Sno Pro sleds as well as Cat,Doo,Rupp et al.

if I didn't go with an SRX, I'd go with a Moto ski sonic or a ski doo RV.

The biggest reason I'd like to have a T Jet is that they are quite rare around here but another choice I'd pick would be a Snow Twister.

An early Ski-Doo Blizzard or a Skiroule racer or sport model, 1968-1970, among others - it is hard to pick just one.
You could get about a hundred different answers, there are a lot of choices.

A hundred different answers would be great,I enjoy seeing what other guys find interesting and who's into the antique iron as far as restoring old sleds.

I almost forgot about the skiroules, thats another one I'd like to do. My very first sled back when I was about 7 years old was a skiroule RTW 300.
A couple of bucks

my dad has an old t-jet 650, '72. they are cool sleds indeed! he bought it from the original owner, but lost the motor running down the river. If I am remembering right, he has all the parts, we just need to put it together. I really like the vmax 540
