I don't know if its just me that's gettin excited for this upcoming season...hopefully you guys are too! I just got my new new skis, carbides, & track, its going to be like riding a new sled! 6 more months!!!

Been working on mine all summer, can't wait till Hay Days then it's all down hill after that!

Um...yeah! lol. I bought my first SRX in April after the trails were closed, so I've really got the itch to see what shes got! I bought a 73 camaro last year that was working on restoring until I got the new sled, now the camaro just sits there and the SRX gets all the attention. I guess I'll get back at the car someday. The white stuff will be here before ya know it! :)

So stoked to try out my new srx, been working on it every chance I get.
Took it for a quick grass drag after I got it home, pulls the front end up just like that.

dont even get me started lol! i am bassicaly rebuilding the whole sled. new water pump, jetting change, new track, new suspension bushings W/shim trick, welding and over building suspension components and installing grease fittings in suspension components, new carbides, studs for the first time, new bearings in drive train, re packing all boggie wheels..... then comes the suspension set up :o| planing on a top end next year

I know the track I have on now is toast, so there's no way I could get grip to lift the front end. Hopefully my new track will make a difference!

Yeah...I was planning on having the camaro done by my 40th B-day which is in 3 years, but now that I've got the SRX fever I might have the camaro done by the time I retire! lol ;)!

I've been putting my list of what I'd like to do to my SRXs together and am starting to get the itch to tear something apart lol.Hopefully nothing major crops up this season as I believe the biggest thing I need to do is get a set of shock rebuilt and put in my 01.Cant wait til I get room in my shed to get one out of my trailer and in where I can get at it.

Ya once that srx fever takes over, it usually takes a while to get other stuff started or finished. You won't regret puttin the camaro on the backburner...these sleds have more horse than some of the new 4 strokes!!! My brother n I have the same sleds n we keep up with our buddies nytros n apexs no problem....that's runnin pure stock too! These sleds are amazing and I will never part with mine! Yeeehaaaaaw!

Ive already started this year, one month earlier than usual. Finally getting myself to port my 85 Phazer's cylinders (Bender pipe/flatslides). Should be fun. Just put some skidoo plastic skis on last week.
Need to fab a seat riser for Viper and rebuild a shock. 16000kms and completely forgot about that poor center shock. No wonder it was bottoming out at the end of last season, I dont think theres any oil left in it.

I know I don't post much, but I am out here every day checking up on you guys. As soon as the heat breaks and I get my honey do list done I will be bringing my sled home for a new track and complete checkup. I also hope to get a new sled sometime next year.

I live for sledding and think about it every day.

Keep cool!
