PSI Billet TPS holder..

ya, it works fine..... it was expensive and worked fine but needs a cable hooked up to operate and if your sled is still injected youll need a dual pull cable for the throttle/psi block or oilpump/psi block.
Really... depending on what your doing with the sled, all you need to do for more of a racing application is to plug the tps in and lock it at wide open throttle setting. When using a differnt carb rack like 38mm off a mach z.
Theres no hp peak output differance at all with various settings on the tps, checked this 4 times on a dyno at differnt settings, peak hp remains the same.

Thank You for the feedback..I remember speaking along time ago to I think Bruce Schrader..He was talking more bottom end out of the sled with the TPS hooked up..I never did any dyno work but when you say no dis-advantage I believe you..... Thanx again...

it controls more low and mid rom timing for better gas mpg, its not in the hunt for peak hp, so if your trail riding the sled... youd want the tps functional,

but for wide open racing applications, i just lock it wide open at the factory spec, tie it off to the side with it plugged into sled so sled thinks its working, keeps the coolant light from flashing at you all the time.

Hey mr viper just wondering what the voltage is suppose to be at wide open throttle?

When I installed a set of 40.5mm XCR 800 carbs with TPS on my 2002 SRX I could not get proper TPS voltage settings at both idle and wide open because of the much greater throttle shaft rotation so If you look closely at the picture you can see that I have two TPSs on my SRX...one that is variable like the stock set up[for trail riding] and one that is fixed at the wide open value[for full throttle runs] that is attached to the airbox. I have a selector switch to control which one I am using.
I have found my SRX performs best at wide open with a TPS output value of 2.8 volts [based on the CDI output voltage of 5 volts]
