I was looking underneath the sled today and saw the guide wheels are starting to dry rot. If I do decide to keep the sled, not sell it and ride it I don't want that coming apart at 100mph

They will probably last a while yet but it wouldn't be a bad idea to replace them, I just picked up a set of the OEM blue/black wheels with bearings through Yamaha for around $16.00 each, best deal I could find, cheaper than aftermarket.

Looks like the price has gone up since I ordered mine, they are now $19.39, but that still isnt a bad price for wheel and bearing. The bearing is already in the wheel. Part# for blue is, 8DF-47550-01-BL, silver 8DF-47550-01-SL, black 8DF-47550-01-BK, red 8CR-47550-21-RD. I got mine through partzilla.

Did you do just the rear or all the wheels in the skid? Do you have a pic of the blue you did?

I got mine through a local bike/sled shop after market black on black wheel way cheaper than yamaha shop with bearings did all wheels bushings and bearings love the look of the wheels

How much cheaper than $19 a wheel w/bearings OEM?

What other choices do I have? I have seen others, like Amatosrx's below that look like they are billet aluminum
