Have you guys ever come across one with no spark? Checked CDI and it wasn't that. Any ideas??

1.) rusty flywheel is the most common from storing them, you can see it right by the recoil. sand it and clean it off with brake clean, give it a coat of light oil when done reinstall recoil.
if no spark, then check the :
2.) pick up coil
if no spark, then check the :

wags, also check around know mice worked their way in. they love those big handle par pads. 3:16 (yammie tony)

The pickup coil failed in my srx 700 last year while being stored in the offseason, if you can get a shop manual or the download you can test with an ohm meter
