Do these make a big difference? What is there use better suited for. My trail viper or the srx for going on the lake? Never used of these before. What does this do to your clutch setup??

I REMEMBER THEM. I BELIEVE VERY FAST BACK SHIFT. GREAT FOR FAST TRAIL RIDING. IN AND OUT OF CORNERS VERY FAST quick acceleration!!!. I DON,T KNOW WHAT THEY HAD FOR A HELIX. 3:16 (yammie tony)

the one i had used an arctic cat helix .stock sheave had to be machined. the kit came with sub-par hardware and the studs for the helix sheared off after a few hundred miles.

tossed it out after that, no warranty or customer support.

Buy hauck, relatively easy to tune and it uses Yamaha helixes, you don't need special ones for that. If I remember right, the rule was, substract 3 degrees from your helix, and get equal upshift and a better backshift. Also, there is still customer support, and you still can buy replacement rollers. I use one on my MM with heelclickers, works good, and the belts seem to hold "forever".

Got this for free on a viper I bought. Guy said it ripped until he blew the motor. Might try his setup on my viper and see what happens.
