I got the clutch cover off doing some inspecting and cleaning, all 3 rollers spin fine but I see the small bolt that hold them in there is a little slop side to side on 2 of them and the 3rd bolt is tight. Are they suppose to have the slop side to side or be tight like the 3rd one is?

the bolts should have slight side to side movement and spin freely in the collars. the one thats not moving will be your concern, sounds like the other two are correct.
usually what happens is there will be some white corrosion built up between the collar and the bolt. take them all apart and see whats happening. be aware that some of the clutches have set screws for the collars.
