When did Yamaha put the grease zerk on the steering crank on the SRX's anyway? I see my 01 has one and figured I'd drill the one on my 98 and put one in it but is it that simple?There's nothing different with the bearings used in the 98 vs the 01 is there that would prevent me from just drilling and tapping the crank?
I didn't know they added the zerks to any of them. I know aftermarket cranks had zerks.
