Looking at a 02 Viper with slp tripple pipes, silencer, bar risers, clutch kit, skid plate, hand guards, the list goes on and on. What kind of price range should I be looking at?
I was thinking around $3000.

Not sure in your area but that would be on the very high end here in michigan. $2500 seems to be the moving price for a well cared for set up viper with low miles. More miles lower price. Even though these sleds still rock they are getting up there on years.

I had my piped/ported Viper on CL for $2500 and not one hit.

Unmolested, clean sleds got for far more money than the sled you've described. Don't pay a dime higher than 2600 for a viper. They are 10 years old now

Are the triple pipes worth a lot to you? I see a lot of Vipers for sale around $2,000 but not many (in general) with triple pipes.

Agree with 3k being on the high side, sled would need to be mint. I picked up an 04 viper S with e start, 144" Hartman kit, roller secondary, new powder pros for $1350. Late enough in season there was NO SNOW on the east coast but came home and road the piss out of it for 3 days straight!
Oh yeah.....OHLINS TOO!

I sold that same sled with 3600 miles on it last spring for 1900 and I was happy to get that after a couple months of lower offers.
Price seems high at 3k. Each sled is different but mine only got about 6mpg. Something else to think about with 4.50 gas.
