Having a lot of trouble finding one. I need on that will be 54" wide. I see that I could cut one in half, but would hate to spend the money on a 2 place and waste the rest.
Anyone know where to get a single place salt shield?

Buy a two place shield off of Craigslist? Other than that I don't think you will find one.

I've seen people make those shields out of plastic 55 gallon barrels. Cut them in half and bolt them together. May not look to pretty but would work.

Might have the aluma dealer get me one. Thanks for the ideas.
we made one last year for our spare single place trailer, for my nephew to use. we just had a HVAC / sheetmetal buddy bend one up out of galvanized metal and a bit of wood or additional strength across the top.
