more work to the 92

you have to go to complete 800 jetting. the stock 800 twins do add power. that means complete change. mains, pilots, needles. 143.8. is stock, but get what you can find. 3:16 (yammie tony)

I have run 140 mains in my 93 with 800 pipes for 3 years now with no issues. I also went to a 50 pilot. Used stock 750 carbs. The stock jetting in a 92 was 140's and 50's, unless they have been changed out. 93's went to 135's and 47.5's.

ryan i would not chance it running your 750 carbs with a 140 main and just up pilots. my worrie would be in needle jet. the 800 pipes on the 750 is not a myth, there will be a change. i thought you told me you had 800 carbs. 3:16 (yammie tony)

145's will be be nice and safe and fat I would think. I have run mine wide open for miles and had no problems. Never touched the needles.

if ya can,t get to exact 800 spec, sure up mains, up pilots, and i would change needle position. 3:16 (yammie tony)
