No one asked, but I found this paint to be a great match for my 03 viper trailing arms and control arms.
Rust oleum titanium silver paint and primer from Home Depot. $6 a can is a heck of a lot better than the duplicolor price.
If you've looked at it and wondered if it matches ... Like I did. It does match really well.
Hopefully it holds up

Im needing to paint my trailing arms and radius rods so Im glad to hear that you had good luck and that it matched well. Gonna pick some up this weekend

could you post some closeup pictures? I am going to paint soon too.
This is the closest you'll get off the shelf, just mask over the pro active stickers

I used this for touch up on my trailing arms before I put them on. It's a little pricey at $12 but the kit is nice, and it comes with clear coat in the bottom of the bottle to top coat everything.
Sorry pics are too big to upload off my phone. That is the stuff Snoplow, you've got the right brand. I thought the titanium silver came closer to than the brilliant metallic color
Put masking tape on anything you don't want colored, grease fittings, bushings etc and spray away.
If you were doing an actual restoration I'd spend the money on the actual paint. But for hiding the rust on an old viper it does a good job.

Snowplow, thanks for the advice...used a can of the Rustoleum Metallic on one of my 2001 Srx's this weekend and can't believe how well it matches. $6.00 for a can of paint. a scotch-brite, and a roll of masking tape. Cheap fix with sweet results!!!
