be careful, check your tie rods, when you drop the sled out that far, depending on shock, you will hit them on the bottom of the frame. Give a look just in case. Turn the bars a bit to check with the weight off the front.
sleds gona ride great with a mono.

Pioneer sent longer tie rods and they are really close to rubbing when suspension is unloaded but does clear. I should have said 1 inch hack saw. Yes I cut down newer Yamaha snow flap and worked out nicely. My sled does not have front heat exchanger protectors. Do you think I will need them with 1.075 studs??

Looks awesome. Is that a 121 mono? I just picked up a 136 mono to put in my Viper but need to do some research on the mounting points. Not sure if they are different 121 to 136. I had a 121 sc10III and although it was an improvement over the proaction in the bumps I could never quite get it dialed in like I wanted.

Im doing the same thing. I have a friend that has an attack to measure. Just need to find a shorty. I'd be REAL supprised if they were different but time will tell. I can measure the attack if you can find a 121... got a funny feeling im going to LOVE the mono.staggs65 said:Looks awesome. Is that a 121 mono? The one i got, my friend had as a spare for his Vector. It had been gusseted up just in case he ever had a problem. He traded his in for a new one so he pulled the HYgear and put the stock shock back in when he traded in. I can pull measures from his new one (136 also) i'm just not sure if I could just get the 121 template from someone here or if the 136 is different.

a 121 and 136 are the same, the difference is in the rear idler shaft. The track tension would be off a bit(not that it is perfect anyway) but you could change out the upper rear arm and run regular wheels and no rear idler. It would be the same as all the guys running 136 extensions on the 121 sleds.
Staggs, call me, I have a viper chassis you might want before I strip out the heat exchangers. maybe even trade some junk.
