700 improved pro! It's a very fast class. I think your going to have to bring more to be competitive Trav. Try to find the high rpm pipes and race CDI for that package.

Yai know Dan I'm basically building it to have a quick play sled it just gonna be for fun till I get the pipes and cdi hopefully before the first radar event I was talking to Shaun about comin out to mud lake when the ice starts any plans on goin out there for any testing or playing lol

Too many people around mud lake for me to be testing there. I prefer to find a quiet spot where we don't get a lot of attention.

Hopefully I've got enough to run with that race ported SRX of T-Rav's.
Who ported the motor? What compression ratio are you running? Carbs?

Lol my srx will not stand a chance against what u got im sure ,it was race ported from don aka mr viper with Maxine pistons lightweight wrist pins cases was machine and ported and not sure what compression it is but I'm hopin I can be competitive at mud lake are u still running the same sled as last year Ryan just with a bit more punch lol not that it wasn't already fast as hell lol and my carbs are stock untill I can get some 38mm Mach. Carbs and stock pipes for now but putting some bender big bores on it later

Ya, I'm still running the Nytro, maybe with a couple of small changes. It should run Ok.
What fuel are you planning on running if you don't know the compression ratio?

My friend run a modify nitro that sled pull so hard but he put so mutch money in it ...aftermarket skid, alots of money into the motor has well

Gonna be running c12 in it possibly some c14 see what it runs better on I was told that c14 is I light fuel made for high rpm motors so I'm thinking c12 should about do it I'm running a 9811 speed track and also big wheels on it I'm hopin it will do good but I'm bringin a knife to a gun fight this year but it's a learning process and for fun this year possibly build a boosted nytro for next year I love those things Can't wait to see the nytro out there Ryan she pulled hard last year

Trav It's time you posted a few pics of this beast! I'm surprised Don didn't give you the compression ratio of this package. How wild is the porting? Doubt it will run well on stock pipes if it's a race porting. Hopefully I'm wrong on this one and you end up with a very good runner. Would rally like to see you in the mix at the events!

Thanx Dan I will get pics uP soon still waiting on motor, track and suspension in just running the stock pipes for now hopin to buy a set before the first radar event I should be around the 180 hp range I imagine with good pipes and carbs wich ain't that high for the class I'm running I guess just hope to be the least bit competitive

If it is a full race motor, I would think you could be higher than that for hp.....in the 190-200 hp range, depending on what dyno you are on of course.
