Was aligning the front end this morning and noticed alot of play in my ski when the sled was off the ground. I replaced the bolts and lubed up the collar in the spring. I was looking at a parts list online and noticed theres supposed to be a bi-metal busing inbetween the collar and the saddle. Am I reading the diagram wrong or is there really supposed to be a bushing? The part number for the part in question is 90384-16251-00.

Are they pressed in or do they just slide in? Would this be a likely culprit into the play on my skis?

Yes that would be why there's play, if you can see that's where the play is coming from....should be able to see a gap on either side. I just got 2 washers and put one on either side. Problem solved!

So I tried adding washers as you suggested with no luck, skis still wobbled like crazy. The sled has 13000km on it so it was probably time to replace the Bi-Metal bushings and sleeves anyways. I ordered my parts Friday and they should be here by Tuesday. If anyone is having problems with darting and their skis and loose this could possibly be your culprit.

So I just used a cold chisel to get it started

Then I ripped it out with some plyers

The one on the other side I just used a 3/8" extension from a ratchet and hammered the bottom one out, came out easy.

I don't have a picture but I'm 99% sure this will fix my problem. One of the bushings was substantially more worn than the other. The sleeve has also seen better days. Now I just have to wait for my parts and hope this was my solution.
