Is it really worth it?

That and then some. These things ride like you have a m10 installed (well maybe not that good) lol! The seating position is so much better, knees below hips. And the storage is awesome.

Nice, i have the Ohlins suspension so this seat should make it even better and i have a 8 inch riser so i prob wont feel like im sitting on top of the sled right?

Correct. Also very nice transition from sitting to standing. Helps give it a more rider forward feel.

Here are a few photos of the Viper with a Boss seat. This is a 2012 seat model. Anyway, check out the custom tail light we mounted. I have switched all of our Boss seats from the LED tail lights I originally installed and went back to the Incondesant styles. I found the LED lights would get completely covered with snow, the incondesant light will melt stay warm and keep the snow off most of the time. Hope you like it. Al

Looks wise, they are worth 50bucks, ride, they are worth 500, fit, worth 50bucks again. Live with the looks, fix the fit and smile when your on it. if your a big guy or like standing up, get the flat top. I am lazy and average height and prefered the mid height. Have had both.
