Bravo secondary siezed on shaft

Any ideas on how to get the secondary off of my kids bravo.

The shaft is tapered. There are three slots in the end of the clutch. Three bolts who's head will slide in there, three nuts and a harmonic balancer puller does the job.

PS, I have a complete Bravo secondary drive in real nice shape if you need parts.
