new viper question

Anyone know what the top speed is on one of those? Ive heard slower than then a nitro but curious if anyone has actually had one topped out?

Based on what I have read a tripple piped properly tuned Viper shouldn't have any problem running with a stocker Nytro. My 04 Viper S is a 144" so she aint no speed queen.

It says NEW viper question. Is he referring to the SR Viper (4 Stroke) or the SX Viper (2 Stroke)

Good point. I assume he meant new question about a 10 year old sled....Hence my reply.

Probably be a better question for the 4 stroke side, but I don't think anyone has really ridden one yet, at least outside of Yamaha's testing.
