I cant find the main harness in the fiche. Found a part number on it and was just snooping around. 8ek 82590 00 Just want to verify what years this will fit
Closest part number found in fiche is 8EK-82590-00-00, shows as 2002 SXV700G Viper only.
But..., looks like that part number is no longer available, and has been replaced/superceded by 8EK-82590-10-00, shows as 2003 SXV70H Viper & 2003 SXV70MH Mountain Viper

Which folder did you find it in? This harness is in amazing shape, no rub throughs etc. I was curious if this is a replacement part since it has part tag number on it. It normally wouldnt, correct? I had this sled since 08.
I found the info in the search feature of the microfiche available on any number of Yamaha dealer websites.
On your replacement part curiousity question, I'm not entirely sure... seems that the harness could have a tag of some sort on it regardless of replacement or original part. I could see the assembly line workers using the tag as a way to ID the harness.
