I have read some of the other post on the roller secondary on the sleds and did not see anything with my setup. I have 8DN-20 loaded weights 4.5 each hole. W-W-W primary spring and a black spring on the roller. I know the helix on the back has to be wrong. 8BV70. I heard that you want to be about 5 deg. less then what you would with a green spring and a multi helix like a 53/45. So would I look for a 49/42 ish? Thanks for any help
I think that's 3 degrees, not 5.
