When I bought this sled it had a Team Tied TSS-98 secondary on it. I left it on because the guy I bought it from says the clutching was perfect. He gave me the the old secondary also and a bunch of springs and weights. I didn't just want to throw the button on without knowing what was done to the primary, I also heard the roller clutch was pretty good for the trail so I opted to leave it on. The sled had 14000k on it so I did a preemptive complete tear down and rebuild from the crank up, meaning my motor was out. I have no idea how to align my clutches because I can't find the offset specs or a clutch alignment tool for this secondary. Anyone know how to align a TSS-98 clutch?

Can you contact the original owner? He may have the specs or atleast give you some direction.

call team direct, 218-844-3283. tech guys are usually friendly. i dont recall any difference in the offset and the center to center stayed the same. mine was a bolt and go for the install, i used standard clutch alignment tools at the time. team does have their own aligning tools but i dont think they are any different.
